Craving churros? Seobana Frozen Churros is just the bag you need to satisfy your sweet tooth!
What Are Churros?
Churros are a deep-fried pastry, originating from Spain. Made from a simple dough of flour, water and a pinch of salt, churros are typically fried until golden and crispy on the outside while remaining soft and airy on the inside. Churros come in many different shapes and sizes, but they’re widely recognized as prisms that are straight, curled or twisted. They’re often sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon, and sometimes served with a dipping sauce like chocolate. Churros have gained popularity worldwide, with other countries adding their own unique toppings.
Seobana Churros
- This bag comes with 10 churros and Injeolmi powder. (Injeolmi is roasted soybean powder).
- The second ingredient is rice flour, which gives these churros a bit of a chewy interior, but still remains light and crispy.
- Feel free to make your own cinnamon sugar coating! We did half Injeolmi and half homemade cinnamon sugar. Best of both worlds!

Honest Review/Thoughts
For a frozen item, these churros really impressed me. They’re incredibly convenient and easy to make by just popping them into the air fryer or oven. Within minutes, you’ve got a warm, crispy snack to serve your guests! What really stood out to me was the unique texture that comes from the use of rice flour. The result is a subtle chewy, mochi-esque center with a perfect crispy exterior. The inside is still light and airy, just like a churro you can get at a restaurant.
If you’ve never had soybean powder before, the flavor is a subtle, nutty sweetness. I highly recommend giving it a try, or do what I did – coat half the churros in the injeolmi powder and half in your own mix of cinnamon and sugar. These were a hit at our get together – happy to report that we had no leftovers (which is totally a win in my book!)
